Provide your company details and upload the completed product listing template. You can review the validation result before the files are submitted.

Before you begin

Prepare these files before completing the form.

  • Product listing template in XLS or XLSX format, up to 10 MB.
  • Product images as individual JPG, JPEG or PNG files, up to 2 MB each (optional).
  • Select up to 10 images. The portal matches each filename to its GTIN and image position.
View template field guidance

Retail / product-level

Use for products with 8-, 12- or 13-digit GS1 barcodes. Include product, GPC, market, origin, dimensions and certification details.

Non-retail / carton-level

Use for cartons or pallets with a 14-digit GTIN. Complete the Retail tab first, then add carton quantity, dimensions and market details.

Image requirements
  • JPG, JPEG or PNG; maximum 2 MB each and 10 images per submission.
  • Name each image using your product's barcode number, followed by -1, -2 or -3. Examples: 9556001211057-1.jpeg, 9556001211057-2.jpeg, 9556001211057-3.jpeg. Replace the example number with your own barcode. A name without a suffix, such as 9556001211057.jpeg, is saved as image 1.
  • The barcode number must appear in the uploaded Excel template. You can review or correct the product assignment on the next screen.
